Start from here: Roan Weigert will lead a practical masterclass covering creative direction, traditional filmmaking, AI generation, visual consistency, editing, sound, and delivery.

Roan has directed more than 1,600 videos for 400+ companies across 6 countries (US portfolio / Brazil portfolio) and has been featured on TV, print, radio, and online in the US and Brazil. He has published research in top journals, written a book on world models and video production, and repeatedly produced viral videos across platforms. He also creates on YouTube and hosts the AI Insights San Francisco podcast.

As DevRel AI Lead at GMI Cloud, Roan partners with frontier AI labs, which gives him firsthand knowledge of production workflows and early access to video-generation models before they launch publicly.

Partners from Frontier Labs will demonstrate their technology and support teams during the AI filmmaking hackathon.
