Join us for a solutions-focused, two-day event to strengthen pathways to family-sustaining wages for workers with records. This day-and-a-half event takes place across two days: Wed. Dec. 2nd from 4:00 - 8:00 pm EST & Thurs. Dec. 3rd from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm EST. Both Days will be at Charlotte Works.

We invite you to join us for the next Bank on 100 Million Hackathon in Charlotte, NC. A record should not determine the limits of a person's future. We invite you to join us for this action orientated day-and-a-half-event where we share best practices and intentionally work to make that reality true. As we head to North Carolina, Mission: Launch is proud to partner with the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office and Charlotte Works to hold space for justice-impacted leaders, government and policy professionals, as well as community organizations and employers, to create pathways to work for workers with records in North Carolina and beyond.

Breakfast, lunch and snacks provided for registered guests.

Share your ideas: Present your team's solution during the Hackathon presentation sessions.
