A hackathon for women and non-binary builders, built around one idea that money and meaning aren't opposites. For many of us, one is connected to the other.
You don't need to know how to code. You don't need a technical background. If you can describe what you want to build, Stencil (and a little AI help) builds it with you. This is vibecoding, not engineering!
Come solo or bring a friend. You'll build your project at your own pace and by the end of the day, you'll have something to show. If you're feeling up to it, demo it for people around you.
💰 Making Money — Build the first piece of something that earns. A membership, an offer, a referral loop, the thing that gets someone to say yes and stick around.
🤝 Doing Good — Build something that helps women show up for each other. A way to connect, to give, to make someone feel less alone in a room.
We recommend coming with: an idea for your project (it doesn't have to be perfect), a laptop and charger. Optional: a friend to build with.
