Miami Dade College (MDC) manages 8M+ square feet across 90 buildings, yet key facilities data remains siloed across outdated systems, third-party vendors, and paper records. We need your help to connect the dots and bring MDC into the future with Digital Twin Technology!
As part of the MiamiVerse Track at the OpenMiami Collabothon, we're launching an immersive challenge where XR developers, data scientists, architects, engineers, and urban planners can come together to: Transform MDC's digital models into full-scale Digital Twins; Integrate real-world IoT data for energy efficiency & predictive maintenance; Develop real-time dashboards for smart facilities management; and Apply AI & BIM innovations to optimize campus operations & sustainability.
