about this event
Aesthetics can now be generated cheaply. That makes taste all the more worthwhile to build thoughtfully. Non-slop is a one day hackathon where you use AI to build something intentional that makes people feel something.
Theme: What matters when you can generate anything? Can you explain your choices?
The Challenge: Build something with AI that has value beyond a simple prompt. It can be a video, an image, a 3D printed object, a game, or anything else. Build with Hermes Agent (Nous Research’s open-source agent), Reducto’s document parsing API, Pangram’s API, and any other tools you like.
Prizes: $1,000 cash from Pangram, $1,000 cash from Reducto, and $1,000 in Nous Portal credit.
Every participant gets $1,000 in Pangram credits, $1,000 in Reducto credits, and $20 in Nous Portal credit to use on the day. Merch from Pangram, Nous Research, and Reducto. Coffee and pizza provided.
In person only, registration requires approval.
