about this event
Join us for Harvard OpenBio Laboratory's Datathon! Bringing together students and professionals across the Boston area to participate in a hands-on challenge using real biological datasets in genomics, bioinformatics and healthcare to build technical and global-health portfolios.
Teams will choose from one of two tracks to explore an open-ended question, analyze data and present a finding, hypothesis, model or potential intervention point.
Theme: understanding preeclampsia across scales, from maternal-fetal biology to health-system delivery.
Participants may include, but not limited to, individuals with backgrounds spanning biology, CS, statistics, engineering, medicine and public/global health. Prior research experience is not required.
